Refund and Cancellation Policy

Orders with PIXEL PROVENCE VENTURES can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Returns are accepted if the items are unused, in original condition, and returned within three days of delivery. Items that have been worn, damaged by the customer, or altered are not eligible for return. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method once the returned items are received and approved. Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items.
